- Our receptionist will give you the bill and please double check carefully.
- Process the payment. (by cash)
- Get the receipt for payment.
Normally in Nha Trang, payment via credit cards will be surcharged as the local bank fee.
Payments by cash in Vietnam dong (VND) are welcome.
Cash is the most popular method in Vietnam. To change from your currency to the local Vietnamese dong (dong), you could come to the banks which located very close to the Azura Gold Hotel. Please come to the reception to ask for the direction. Or else, at the reception, we also could help you so.
Cancellation / Amendment Policy:.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
